Shared vs. Dedicated

There are many different types of websites each with their own differing requirements. These requirements are usually a combination of certain bandwidth requirements (low traffic sites vs. high traffic sites), storage space needs (small vs. large), and website access permissions (public vs. private websites).

We believe that there is no cost-effective way to offer a "one-size-fits-all" hosting plan. That is why we are committed to offering a variety of affordable, flexible hosting plans with both our Shared Servers and Dedicated Servers.

Shared Hosting

Shared Server hosting plans are ideal for those websites that range from low to medium volumes of traffic, low to medium storage space requirements, and possess minimal to medium levels of access rights.

Examples of typical websites that commonly use our Shared Hosting plans are small to medium-sized companies that require a static brochure-ware website.

Examples of advanced websites that commonly use our Shared Hosting plans are companies that are running small to medium-sized websites powered by content management systems (such as Reliant CMS).

Dedicated Hosting

Dedicated Server hosting plans are for those websites that utilize very high volumes of traffic, and/or that require very large amounts of storage space, and/or that require high levels of security.

Dedicated Server plans are also preferred by those who wish to run resource-intensive web applications such as streaming media services or virtual private intranets.
